About Me
My journey into therapy didn’t begin with a license—it began with life.
I was shaped by moments of deep loss, spiritual awakening, and resilience: losing my mother to cancer, growing up under an oppressive regime in the Middle East, and surviving a near-death experience that changed the course of my life. In each chapter, I found myself returning to a simple but profound truth:
"Your remedy is within you, but you do not sense it.
Your sickness is from you, but you do not perceive it.
You presume you are a small entity,
but within you is enfolded the entire universe."
—Imam Ali (AS), Nahj al-Balagha
That truth continues to guide my work as a therapist today.
Before becoming a licensed therapist, I spent years working in the fast-paced world of tech—with companies like Cisco, Google & Cruise. I know the intensity, the pressure to perform, and the quiet moments of burnout that often follow external success. I also know how lonely it can feel to be the person everyone depends on—while silently wondering who supports you.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California, I now work exclusively with individuals—often high achievers, tech professionals, and those navigating relational stress or emotional disconnection. Many of my clients come to therapy not because things are falling apart on the outside, but because something inside feels misaligned. They’re searching for more—more clarity, more connection, more meaning.
My approach is warm, grounded, and deeply collaborative. I blend clinical tools with a heart-centered presence, integrating mindfulness, somatic awareness, and spiritual wisdom. I don’t believe in quick fixes—but I do believe in sustainable healing, and in reconnecting you to the deeper parts of yourself that may have been buried under years of survival.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, burnout, or a desire to live more soulfully—I’m here to walk beside you.
This is a space where you don’t have to perform. You don’t have to fix yourself. You just have to show up—fully, honestly, and with a little courage. We’ll take it from there.
